Frequently asked questions

Are CollectionWells services active now?

Contract discussions and operational planning are open. Active service has not begun and will start only after required insurance, transportation capacity, partner protocols, and written agreements are in place.

Can individual patients schedule directly?

No. CollectionWells is being developed as a business-to-business service for contracted healthcare organizations and is not accepting patient self-referrals or direct-to-consumer appointments.

Is CollectionWells a diagnostic laboratory?

No. CollectionWells does not perform laboratory testing or interpret results. Those responsibilities remain with the appropriately licensed laboratory or healthcare professional.

Where will services be available?

The initial focus is Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Exact coverage, scheduling, and route availability will depend on verified capacity and each written partner agreement.

Is medical courier service available?

Dedicated medical courier service is planned, not currently active. Launch depends on obtaining insured transportation capacity and confirming partner handling requirements.

How will sensitive information be handled?

Before any active engagement, the partner and CollectionWells must define authorized, secure communication and documentation procedures. Standard website email should never be used to send protected health information.

What creates a service relationship?

Only an authorized written agreement or statement of work creates a service relationship. Viewing this website or sending an inquiry does not create one.
